Office Manager, Lake Charles
Lake Charles Plastic Surgery has an opening for amature office manager/receptionist/billing position. This position is responsible for reception, registration, patient scheduling, setting up new patients, accounts receivable, collections, insurance verification and filing, accounts payable, payroll, quarterly taxes, 401 K plan, answering multiple phone lines, daily balancing of charges and payments, balance bank statement and any other responsibilities that arise.
Experience with QuickBooks, Payroll, Medicare, commercial insurance, credentialing, CPT codes and ICD-10 preferred.

Revenue Cycle Manager - Baton Rouge General Physicians
This position is responsible for managing the patient accounts receivable in a centralized environment for owned multi-physician practices. Also responsible for managing the accounts receivable for our owned Reference Laboratory. Position requires extensive management knowledge of physician billing and collections as well as technical billing and collections for the Reference Laboratory. Must be able to perform high volume account reviews quickly in order to identify trends/defects in the Revenue Cycle processes for the identified A/R. Expert level knowledge of Excel/ Pivot tables required. Must be able to coordinate resources within the organization to solve complex problems and track/trend/follow-up on outstanding work items. Excellent communication skills required as well as expert resource skills regarding Physician Revenue Cycle.
4-6 years progressive experience in a multi-physician clinic environment. Prior management experience in physician or professional A/R required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Post-secondary education in finance/accounting or related field strongly preferred
SPECIAL SKILL, LICENSE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet, word processing and database processing. Working knowledge of laws, regulations and practices related to accounts receivable, collections and billing.
